PTO RESPONSIBILITIES: 


  • Secure breakfast items and coffee ahead of the event either through donation (working with the Vice President) or using a budget
  • Work with Communications Chair to develop a flyer 1-month before the start of school, get it printed and put in front office the week before school starts
  • Ensure food and coffee are at the school the day of the event
  • Set up library with table clothes, utensils, napkins, and plates

Personal statement:


I hope the fall coffee will provide a comfortable place for new parents to gather after an emotional morning.  I hope they will take time to meet other parents like them, and hear about PTO and the opportunities to volunteer at Mirada.
